Modern world presents itself a wide scope of different political, economic, cultural and religious countries and societies with different worldview aspects, with a different world vision. Though this diversity, the world itself risks of losing its uniqueness under the pressure of standardization, unification regarding to the same model of development with the same, universal values that are tried to widespread by some countries.

However, we truly believe that there should be something that amalgamates all people in their desire to live better not only in material meaning but also in better spiritual world. It means, that the abovementioned universal values could and should be positive phenomenon only if they correspond to the political culture and mentality of the people receiving and attempting to understand these values, i. e., when the values themselves have the necessary economic, social background to be developed, sweeps through the prism of national and are not accompanied by the exclusion of the individual identity and national in the pursuit of happiness illusory of universalism.
Thus, we strongly believe that there are some concrete values which are the basis and framework of successful construction of the world of our dreams.

- Absolute rule of positive law worldwide, without harming the interests of an individual. No one can stand above it despite of his or her origin, whether he is a king, a president or a peasant, an ordinary person.

- Affordable education all over the world no matter what country you belong to. Imagine how great it would be if international cooperation in science and education go up on a whole new level, when any student in any country would be able to get the education he finds best for him, and the particular student is judged not by the money he can invest in his education, but the knowledge, hard work and talent. Also such reform, as well as the cooperation of different NGOs like ‘Youth Time’ would boost international cooperation between the youth and countries as well.

- Absolute domination of tolerance worldwide. It has much to do with worldwide rule of law, as extremism and any manifestations of national hatred must be banned. Only in that case we would be able to cooperate and understand each other.

- Elimination of the so-called “B-pollar mentality”. For more than 20 years the world is free from the cold war, but we still feel the aftershock of that confrontation. Not only people but the governments of different countries must forget all those things that draw us back from the path for global prosperity, and build international relations in economics, education, culture and other spheres based on bilateral respect. The world has changed and we must understand it, especially the youth.

- Stand united against threats of humanity. In the era of globalization human kind faces a new problem of terrorism. Unfortunately, terrorism nowadays is identified only with countries of Middle East and its leads for more misunderstandings and national intolerance. Terrorism is the plague of 21st century; it has no face, no race and no country of origin. It is the abomination for the whole humanity which must fight against it.

- Globalization must not harm the national identity. Though world is becoming more and more integrated, we must everything to support cultural and religious self-consciousness of every nation. Every culture is unique, and any attempt to deny or forget the particular role of a nation in world historic process is a crime against humanity itself.

- Cultural traditionalism + modern technologies. Here we can give the bright example of Japan, who synchronizes its rich and ancient culture with modern technologies and innovations. Past must never be forgotten, we must be proud of it and learn on our own mistakes, as our traditions is the foundation of constructing the better tomorrow.

- International healthcare. Nowadays different epidemics and mortal diseases (AIDS, cancer) threaten our world, especially it considers so-called 3rd world countries. In order to make our world a better place healthcare system must become much more flexible, provide humanitarian aid on a whole new level, be even more largely supported by governments and international organizations to have the required recourse and will to help those who have no equipment or finances to help themselves
We think, these are the fundamental values that must be proliferated everywhere. Only if we put all efforts together we can achieve the bright future where we want to live, where we want our children to live; the future of the World of Our Dreams.
